The November date for Floyd Mayweather to fight Manny Pacquiao now seems dead in the water. Pacquiao's team say that Mayweather failed to meet the deadline to agree the contest but Team Mayweather now say that they were never working to a deadline or that negotiations havd even taken place. That conflicts with the Pacquiao version in which promoter Bob Arum says that all negotations had been handled through HBO.
