Manny Pacquiao is to concentrate on his election to Congress in the Phillipines following his comprehensive victory over Joshua Clottey in Dallas at the week-end. There's a general election in the Phillipines in May and the Pacman says running for election is his way to thank the people of his province for their support and to help what is one of the poorest regions in the country.
